Menily Shop

I ordered 4 items in March 2022. 2 x LS Tshirts in large, & 2 x track pants in large. They took ages to send them, then when unpacked one of the Tshirts was XXL. I advised Menily of their mistake, sending photos to prove it was their mistake. They asked me to send it back, and they would cover costs as it was their mistake, and to send them the receipt. I repackaged & sent it back through Australia Post, registered so we had a record of it, I also sent copies to Kim at Menily. I heard nothing for weeks, they kept saying that it was stuck in transit. After not hearing anything for months, I threatened to hand it over to PayPal to sort out. They immediately refunded the price of the Tshirts, but not the postage, which was almost as much as the Tshirt. When I contacted them on several more occasions, they informed me that " they did not cover return posts costs"! I advised them that this was their mistake, and how did they intend to compensate for the return postage? They just kept saying that they did NOT cover return postage costs! The use PayPal to give them credibility. I only purchase from companies that offer PayPal, as we believe this offers protection. I will now also contact PayPal and make them aware that Menily is a business that cannot be trusted. That consumers should not buy from them, that if Menily sends the wrong sizes, we the customers will have to cover the costs. As I pointed out to them,that if they had of said that they would not cover the return postage, it would have been cheaper to just throw the wrong sized Tshirts in the bin, than have to pay and then a very dissatisfied customer! User's recommendation: Do not buy any products from Menily! Even though they offer PayPal.
